rich blend of Irish, Scottish, and French-Canadian fiddle tunes
performed in the tradition of Boston's old Dudley Street dance
halls in the heart of Boston's historic "Crossroads of
Celtic Culture". Accompanied by Hilda Chiasson-Cormier on
piano and John Paul Cormier on guitar. The selections on this
recording represent music learned from old house party tapes,
early commercial recordings, and manuscripts collected over the
years.

Dactyls, Live on the Radio
Says You Records

not playing for dances or performing at festivals, Frank
provides music for the National Public Radio game show,
"Says You," heard weekly on over 100 affiliate
stations throughout the United States. The band is the Dactyls,
and includes Peter Barnes, John McGann, and occasionally,
cellist Rushad Eggelston. This is a collection of live
performances taken from live shows, with live audiences, no
second takes. Everything from fiddle tunes, to foxtrots, rags,
and waltzes.
